<li>An NBK Egypt bank account (optional)</li>
</ul>

WHAT CAN I DO?

<li>Load your E-Wallet effortlessly using your NBKE account</li>
<li>Inquire and settle different types of bills including telecom, internet, utilities, donations, subscriptions, insurance premiums, tickets, and traffic fees through various services</li>
<li>Transfer money between Mobile wallet holders in Egypt</li>
<li>Create a "Favorite list" of preferred bills/friends</li>
<li>Change your m-PIN at any time</li>
<li>Switch between English and Arabic languages within the app</li>
<li>Access cash in/out services through bank ATMs and service provider outlets available for wallet services</li>
</ul>

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
<ol>
<li>Visit the nearest NBKE branch</li>
<li>Complete the application form</li>
<li>On the second business day, download the Wallet App from the URL received via SMS</li>
<li>Enter your registered mobile number and national ID</li>
<li>Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS</li>
<li>Review and accept the Terms and Conditions</li>
<li>Create a six-digit Mobile PIN (M-PIN) without repeating or sequential numbers</li>
<li>Top up your wallet balance using the "Load Wallet" feature</li>
</ol>

With the NBKE Wallet app, you can easily conduct fund transfers and make payments directly from your mobile phone in a secure, efficient manner.

<li>An Egyptian mobile number that is not associated with another bank or mobile wallet service</li>
<li>An account with NBK Egypt bank</li>
</ul>

<li>Easily load funds into your electronic wallet through your NBK Egypt account</li>
<li>Inquire about and pay various types of bills, such as telecommunications, internet services, utility bills, donations, subscriptions, insurance premiums, ticket purchases, and many other services</li>
<li>Transfer money between individuals with mobile wallets within Egypt</li>
<li>Create a personalized list of favorite bills or friends for quick transactions</li>
<li>Change your app language between English and Arabic anytime</li>
<li>Ability to deposit and withdraw funds through ATMs and service provider locations catering to electronic wallet transactions</li>
</ul>

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE?
<ol>
<li>Visit your nearest NBKE branch in person</li>
<li>Complete an application form provided at the branch</li>
<li>On the second working day following submission, download the Wallet App by clicking on the URL link received via SMS on your mobile number registered with NBK Egypt bank</li>
<li>Enter your registered mobile number along with your national ID information as per bank records</li>
<li>Submit the activation code received via SMS for verification purposes </li> 
<li>Carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions of the service </li> 
<li>Create a unique personal identification number (M-PIN) consisting of six non-repeating or sequential digits </li>
