An NBK Egypt bank account (optional)

Load your E-Wallet effortlessly using your NBKE account
Inquire and settle different types of bills including telecom, internet, utilities, donations, subscriptions, insurance premiums, tickets, and traffic fees through various services
Transfer money between Mobile wallet holders in Egypt
Create a "Favorite list" of preferred bills/friends
Change your m-PIN at any time
Switch between English and Arabic languages within the app
Access cash in/out services through bank ATMs and service provider outlets available for wallet services

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Visit the nearest NBKE branch
Complete the application form
On the second business day, download the Wallet App from the URL received via SMS
Enter your registered mobile number and national ID
Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
Create a six-digit Mobile PIN (M-PIN) without repeating or sequential numbers
Top up your wallet balance using the "Load Wallet" feature

With the NBKE Wallet app, you can easily conduct fund transfers and make payments directly from your mobile phone in a secure, efficient manner.

An Egyptian mobile number that is not associated with another bank or mobile wallet service
An account with NBK Egypt bank

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE?

Visit your nearest NBKE branch in person
Complete an application form provided at the branch
On the second working day following submission, download the Wallet App by clicking on the URL link received via SMS on your mobile number registered with NBK Egypt bank
Enter your registered mobile number along with your national ID information as per bank records
Submit the activation code received via SMS for verification purposes
Carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions of the service
Create a unique personal identification number (M-PIN) consisting of six non-repeating or sequential digits
