WHAT DO I NEED?
- A valid Egyptian mobile number not linked to any other bank or mobile operator wallet
- An NBK Egypt bank account (optional)
WHAT CAN I DO?
- Load your E-Wallet effortlessly using your NBKE account
- Inquire and settle different types of bills including telecom, internet, utilities, donations, subscriptions, insurance premiums, tickets, and traffic fees through various services
- Transfer money between Mobile wallet holders in Egypt
- Create a "Favorite list" of preferred bills/friends
- Change your m-PIN at any time
- Switch between English and Arabic languages within the app
- Access cash in/out services through bank ATMs and service provider outlets available for wallet services
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
- Visit the nearest NBKE branch
- Complete the application form
- On the second business day, download the Wallet App from the URL received via SMS
- Enter your registered mobile number and national ID
- Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Create a six-digit Mobile PIN (M-PIN) without repeating or sequential numbers
- Top up your wallet balance using the "Load Wallet" feature
With the NBKE Wallet app, you can easily conduct fund transfers and make payments directly from your mobile phone in a secure, efficient manner.

- An Egyptian mobile number that is not associated with another bank or mobile wallet service
- An account with NBK Egypt bank

- Easily load funds into your electronic wallet through your NBK Egypt account
- Inquire about and pay various types of bills, such as telecommunications, internet services, utility bills, donations, subscriptions, insurance premiums, ticket purchases, and many other services
- Transfer money between individuals with mobile wallets within Egypt
- Create a personalized list of favorite bills or friends for quick transactions
- Change your app language between English and Arabic anytime
- Ability to deposit and withdraw funds through ATMs and service provider locations catering to electronic wallet transactions
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE?
- Visit your nearest NBKE branch in person
- Complete an application form provided at the branch
- On the second working day following submission, download the Wallet App by clicking on the URL link received via SMS on your mobile number registered with NBK Egypt bank
- Enter your registered mobile number along with your national ID information as per bank records
- Submit the activation code received via SMS for verification purposes
- Carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions of the service
- Create a unique personal identification number (M-PIN) consisting of six non-repeating or sequential digits < < li>Fund your wallet electronically by utilizing its "Load Wallet" functionality
