HOW DO I SIGN UP?

1. Visit the nearest NBKE branch
2. Complete the application form
3. On the second business day, download the Wallet App from the URL received via SMS
4. Enter your registered mobile number and national ID
5. Enter the Activation Code sent via SMS
6. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions
7. Create a six-digit Mobile PIN (M-PIN) without repeating or sequential numbers
8. Top up your wallet balance using the "Load Wallet" feature

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE?

1. Visit your nearest NBKE branch in person
2. Complete an application form provided at the branch
3. On the second working day following submission, download the Wallet App by clicking on the URL link received via SMS on your mobile number registered with NBK Egypt bank
4. Enter your registered mobile number along with your national ID information as per bank records
5. Submit the activation code received via SMS for verification purposes
6. Carefully review and agree to the terms and conditions of the service
7. Create a unique personal identification number (M-PIN) consisting of six non-repeating or sequential digits
